So, Ive never been that good at writing, but I knew that I wanted to share some things with everyone about what is going on in Maile's life. I'm hoping to mainly share photos and "firsts" on this blog and I can't believe that its already been nearly 4 months since she came into my life! So here are some pictures of her that I haven't shared on Facebook and I hope that you enjoy!
Maile has started to put everything in her mouth! This was the first toy that she actually grabbed and decided to chew on.
Her first experience sitting in the Bumbo seat was pretty short lived. She is getting more comfortable with it and I'm sure she will be able to hold herself up better any day.
All of a sudden she was interested in what was above her head on the changing table! The rolling over begins! She is now very good at it, but not very comfortable on her tummy yet.
She loves to look at pictures in our house, so we figured it would be an awesome experience for her to go to a museum. We decided to have a picnic in Balboa Park first and then head over to the San Diego Museum of Art. She loves to be outside and really likes looking at the trees. She also did great at the museum, but after about 10 minutes she decided it was nap time.
While we were at the park she was so happy and she loved being held up in the air by Paul and me! This is the first time we had really done this and now we do it all the time! She always gives us the BEST smiles.
